I walked in to to get a ring resized, and they got me all fixed up in less than 5 minutes! Amazing people and the coolest shop with some of the most unique pieces. A must stop if you’re in downtown Omaha!

The owner is always so kind and helpful when we come in to shop! His employers are also kind and inquire if we need assistance without being pushy. The cat is always a perk when she decides to come out and visit the customers!

First time visiting and let’s say I’ll be back. Had to get my wife’s Rolex sized and they make it easy. The shop is setup nice and well kept. Definitely has the old market feel. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about what they do.

I had such a wonderful experience here! I came in needing a link on my necklace replaced, and they were able to help me right away. The necklace belonged to my grandma, and the jeweler took the time to look at it closely and share more details about the stones. They also have such beautiful jewelry throughout the shop!

We've repeatedly had great service at Goldsmith Silversmith, so when I got a vintage watch for Christmas I instantly took it to them to have the watchband resized. Once again, the job was done with quality, craftsmanship, and personable service. I highly recommend them for all of your jewelry needs!

My husband and I had problems with our previous jeweler- we came to Dwayne with short notice and big shoes to fill. Our original gold and diamonds were from my grandfathers ring and were sentimental to the both of us. Dwayne not only delivered on the ring, but went above and beyond. Himself and staff were educative, informative, and inclusive with us throughout the entire process, not to mention friendly! His communication and timeliness were more than we could have ever asked for. The ring turned out beautiful and they now have a customer for life. We would recommend 10x over! Thank you Dwayne and thank you staff. Beautiful work.

If I could put 10 stars I would! Fantastic service! I went it to get my watch resized and spent a total of 20 minutes in the store, even with a line. Really chill owner. Left without paying a dime. I will be back in the future.

My husband and I are in Omaha for a work trip, and we happened to stumble upon this little gem of a shop. My wedding band needed reshaping, and Dwayne took one quick look at it and worked his magic, within minutes it looked absolutely fabulous! Both Dwayne and Danielle were truly the kindest souls. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful jewelry store. Highly recommend!

They are so sweet and helpful here! Went in to get some links removed from my watch and they were able to be super quick and kind about it. Definitely would recommend going here (and there’s a friendly cat you can pet while you wait).

I needed a battery replaced on a watch and a clasp on another fixed. I was in and out within about 5 minutes. During my very short wait time, I perused the gorgeous pieces that they have for sale (many are made right in the store!!) I was also pleasantly surprised that I got both watches fixed up and it was only $16!! Everyone working in the store was very kind as well!
